Hang out with your parents? Have a ton of cool friends? So what? It’s family, friend, dork and hipster compatible!
Listit is a casual card game that brings hilarious discussions as you uncover your friends’ prejudices and weird associations. With more than 500 witty, weird, and sometimes controversial topics answered in lists of five, it’s designed to reveal the true nature of the friends you play with.
The twist?
The only correct answers are those shared with other players.
Listit is the perfect party and dinner game that changes with every session! We can almost guarantee that your parents have a different list than your friends for the “Unsexy clothes” category…
Get our friends together and prepare for a fast-paced game which takes minutes to learn but will keep you going for hours and hours! We promise plenty of “are you kidding me?” and “why didn’t I think of that?” moments.
Created in Puerto Rico by three Swedes, Listit combines the Caribbean laid-back attitude with the Swedish way of (not) dealing with conflicts. We call it the Caribbish mindset!
What does it mean?
Well, if two or more players lists “Dunking your head against a brick wall” as a clever way to cure a hangover, it is!

How many players can we be?
Minimum: 3 but we suggest 4.
Maximum: We have not yet reached that number (but we have calculated the theoretical maximum to 1252 players). The more players, the more likely it is you will score.
Pro tip: if you are many, divide into groups. It works like a charm!
What’s the average game time?
It depends on these factors:
As a rule of thumb, a game with 5 players with a final score of 30 points takes approximately 30 minutes.
Is there any age limit?
You need to be able to read and write. So that’s some sort of minimum age requirement I guess.
Also, kids under 15 will probably have a hard time coming up with answers to all topics.
And if playing with minors (or overly sensitive people), just skip the NSFW questions.
What’s included?
It will look good on your coffee table.
Controversial you say. Will I be offended?
Maybe. If you are easily offended you can start with skipping the NSFW questions. Or play UNO.
What’s the story behind you guys and the game?
After another particularly shitty year on Earth we, a fellowship of disheartened Swedes, decided it was time to abandon ship. We headed to the Caribbean with a one-way ticket away from fake news and into the sunset. While licking our wounds on the beaches of Rincón, enjoying more than a healthy dosage of the excellent local rum (Ron del Barrilito), a shred of hope returned with every sip. Soon, a lively discussion on ways to fix the world ensued. With our Swedish heritage of structure and consensus, the most natural thing to do was to list ways to turn the ship around.
So it happened that the creative cocktail of rum, our Scandinavian urge to compromise and the Caribbean laid-back attitude led to the only logical answer on how to save the world: Leave ideology, borders, nukes and taxes for later and let’s agree on the everyday questions first!
With a new purpose in mind, we created Listit – the card game that’s 95% awesomely fun and 5% world-saving. After all, if we can learn to understand how other people envision the world, perhaps we can finally solve the eternal question of “Why can’t everyone just get along?”. One list at the time.
P.S. If it fails we can all resort to our secret rum stash.
Skål! (That means cheers. Now go play!)
Is Sweden and Switzerland the same country?
Kinda. Except they make better cheese in Switzerland and better music in Sweden.
Name 5 personality types who will love this game!
Certainly!
I know, that’s only four. We could not come up with a fifth, sorry.
Me not smart. Is it complicated?
Nope. It’s as easy as saying “Sju sjösjuka sjömän på skeppet Shanghai sköljde sina sju skjortor i sjön”.
We have not met any person who was too stupid to play the game. Yet…
What are your favorite topics?

“Nice-looking letters in the alphabet”
It’s so… weird. Makes me go through all of them.
Björn 2
“Good ideas you come up with while drunk”
Truly relatable. This game, for example, would not have existed without a hangover.
Erik
“Classic porn movie occupations”
Not that I watch any porn but… yeah, well… you know.
